Refund policy

For returns and exchanges please contact the shop within 10 days from the shipment date.

Ship unaltered items back to us within 15 days of shipment date.

Please note that we do not offer pre-paid labels for returning/exchanging items.

As such, the customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning/exchanging an item.
If exchanging, the shop will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the new item(s) to the customer.
